CAFOD works across the Middle East with people of all ethnicities and faiths to protect human rights and build peaceful communities.

The Middle East, home to faith traditions embraced by over half the world's population, has been deeply impacted by ongoing and escalating conflicts. These conflicts have led to widespread displacement, material deprivation and violations of basic human rights, threatening the dignity and security of countless individuals and families.

The escalation of the conflict in Gaza, Lebanon, the West Bank and Israel has left millions of lives devastated with widespread displacement, economic devastation and spiralling humanitarian needs. CAFOD is responding to these urgent crises while continuing to support those affected by longstanding conflicts and divisions.
